This year, during Multicultural Health Week we are launching a new partnership with the State Library of NSW. CALD community members will be able to access health information in their language at their local library with the assistance of a bilingual librarian. The first two libraries to start this excellent service are the Whitlam Library at Fairfield with information in the Vietnamese language and the Wagga City Library with the Arabic language. In the following months other libraries will follow suit with languages to reflect CALD communities in their areas. |
